11:52 pm - The return home. [locked to trickstersparx] It was a rather cold night when Thunder returned to Jump City. It seemed peaceful and moderately quiet, except for the wind and the rain. His original destination had been Titans tower. After all, he hadn't seen Starfire in over three months now. Three long months, that had pretty much gone to waste. He had traced the letter from his father back to vietnam, but endless searching brought him nothing. He still did not think his brother was right; he still believed their father needed him, that something had happened to their father.
But he knew now, after spending all this time alone, away from his twin, that he could not do this alone. He would have to set things right with him, try to convince him once again that their father needed them.
So Thunder passed Titans tower, and returned to their small home in the forest. Soaking wet, and a bit cold, he took off his shoes (it was too cold for sandals, after all) at the door once inside, and looked around. Hopefully Lightning would be home. Current Mood: weary

11:59 am - [Private, text] That... certainly could have gone better.
Well. I'm not really sure how I can even figure out where dad is, or who captured him... if that is indeed the case. Perhaps it was foolish to leave so suddenly.. but I can't stand to be around my brother right now when he's holding on so tightly to a grudge from years ago. Even if father.... did leave us, at least I'll be given the oppurtunity to ask why.. Although I sincerely hope it isn't the case.
I still can't believe he's so cold-hearted as to not even want to help... I was worried at first that father might have already.. well, that it might have been too late, had Lightning not pointed out the letters date. Considering this came from the Nexus, I really hope it isn't some sort of sick joke. But the tags...
What have I gotten myself into..?
[Directed to Starfire, but open only to those living in the Tower] I may need some assistance from you as... my brother and I recieved an interesting letter from the Nexus. Plus I'm hoping no one will mind if I stay there for a while. There are some complications here with Lightning I'd rather not discuss. Current Mood: contemplative

08:33 pm - @%#*! [text only] I swear if I see Dib again, I'll kill him beat him completely senseless. I don't know HOW he managed to knock me out with some silly toy handcuffs, but I know when I woke up in the Nexus, he was lucky he didn't stick around! Current Mood: furious

I... seriously think I may owe Starfire an apology....
((takes place after this thread. Which is NSFW, btw)) Current Mood: shocked

04:30 am - ....LIGHTNING! [text, locked] Why in Heavens name is there a puppy here from Ophelia?! You BETTER come home to take care of this thing.
By the way, she already chewed a pair of your sandals. She's not sleeping in MY room. Current Mood: shocked

02:07 am - A talk.. [locked to kory_of_tamaran] Well. Okay. This would be.. difficult. Not as difficult as it would be if he were uncertain about her feelings, but.. she.. cared about him. He was pretty sure there was something there, but now he knew. In a way it would be easy but it was just.. getting the words out there. Actually saying it. But he had to do it. She may not have meant to put it out there so forwardly, but she had; he felt responsible for letting Starfire know he felt the same way for her.
So he laid out on the roof, staring up at the sky, waiting for her to arrive. Current Mood: nervous

09:24 pm - Waiting [locked to Starfire and Lightning] There were a few cups of tea scattered on the tables througout the house, but other than that, it was entirely clean. Thunder found that, like his mother, it was easier to clean when Lightning wasn't around. However, despite all the cleaning he got done, he had been expecting Lightning to come home, and most likely make a mess that night.
But he never came home.
The next day, Thunder was a bit worried. Lightning had not yet replaced the communicator he had broken a while back, and he had no way to get a hold of his brother. He tried to relax; most of the time, he had no reason to worry. He probably just stayed at that manor last night. I'm sure everything's fine, Thunder told himself for the third time.
Sighing, he got off the couch, and headed out back, hoping he'd have better luck at relaxing in the hammock. Current Mood: worried

09:28 pm - finding trees that haven't been caught on fire might be difficult. [open] He had been looking around behind the house for a few minutes now, and the only two trees close to the house were rather small. He sighed, sitting the box down near the two trees. "I suppose that will have to do," he said. "I'm pretty certain they should hold." With that, he opened up the box, and began unfolding the large 2 person hammock he had bought, and turned to look at the back door. Thunder wondered if Lightning was going to come out and help, or if he would have to go inside and ask him again. Current Mood: busy

01:36 am - Have some tea. [locked to kory_of_tamaran and trickstersparx, if he shows up] On the way back home, Thunder was pleased that he got to hold Starfire's hand the entire time, and he opened the door, inviting her in. "Please," he said, "make yourself comfortable. I'll be back in just a second." He smiled some at her before looking around a bit, and checking his brother's room. No sign of Lightning anywhere. He was hoping he'd be lucky enough to spend time alone with his Tamaranean friend. He made his way back out to the front room, not gone for very long at all, and he looked to Starfire. "So, shall we go to the kitchen?" Current Mood: pleased
